Welcome to Ascension Chalet hosted by InvitedHome. This four-bedroom home sits nestled in the mountainside, overlooking Vail Valley on Forest Road. Stacked among three floors, this mountain abode is ideal for family getaways during the summer in Vail. Perfectly suited for apres charcuterie and glasses of wine, this home is a hidden gem, perfect for your stay during the Vail Go Pro Festival. The top floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace and Valley views. The balcony offers a refreshing breeze, flowing into the wrap-around kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four.
The four bedrooms are scattered between floors. The main bedroom is located on the top floor, while two guest bedrooms quietly occupy the middle floor, leaving the bunk room tucked away on the first floor.
Step out of the front door to stroll down Forest Road towards Lionshead or Vail Village. Stop in at the Chophouse for dinner and live music, or enjoy cocktails at Dec+Bowl before heading back home for a cozy night by the fireplace. This home exudes warmth and thoughtfulness, making it the perfect retreat for your summer adventures in Vail.

- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- A member of the InvitedHome team will meet and greet.
What To Expect
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Vail InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a dog, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. Additional pet fee will apply after booking.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- A credit card preauthorization of $1500.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
- All guests are required to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines. This can be found in the Guest Portal after booking.
