Inside the condo, sumptuous hardwood floors spread throughout the open floor plan, joining together the living and dining areas, kitchen, and balcony. Though a lavishly-decorated luxury home at its core, there are a few subtle touches that pay homage to the town’s Old West beginnings, such as the split canvas cowboy painting in the living area. A modern gas fireplace warms and illuminates the room, which you can enjoy from the comfort of the rich leather sofa. For additional sleeping space, simply pull the sofa sleeper out to a full-size bed.
Step out of the living room onto the balcony, where outdoor couches and chairs let you look over the mountains in total comfort. You’ll even have a view of the acclaimed Howelsen ski jumps, the longest of which reaches nearly 375 feet.
Back inside, a dining table separates the main living area from the kitchen, and can seat up to six people with combined bench and chair seating. Positioned between the living area and kitchen, this is a great place for guests to gather, enjoy the fireplace, and listen to music through the stereo system.
In the fully-stocked kitchen, you’re surrounded by granite countertops, elaborate tile backsplashes, and fine wood cabinets. A breakfast bar has seating for an additional four guests, as well. All stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and gas stove, making it a delight to cook for your whole group.
Head down the hall to the Master Bedroom, which features an opulent king-size bed built into a tufted frame and headboard. Recessed canned lighting creates a warm ambiance, and the attached ensuite bathroom provides privacy and convenience. In the guest bedroom, there’s a queen-size bed, and it also has its own ensuite bathroom with a chic walk-in shower.
