This gem of a Townhome is nestled in the perfect location in Mountain Village Core facing the San Sophia Range promoting inspired mountain views. Ski in and out on the Meadows Run, and a quick walk through Aspen Ridge to the Core, where we recommend popping into the Telluride Distillery for a mule or La Piazza for a slice. Back in the home, the main living area is on the middle floor with a cozy yet open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen with sleek granite counter tops and rich wood accents meets the welcoming dining room with seating for eight. The six burner gas stove and two ovens makes for a chef’s dream for dinners in. Sunken living room with plush seating and a gas fireplace pose the perfect setting for mountain living. Entertain smartly with Sonos surround sound and Apple TV, or tuck away at the office nook to catch up a bit on work. Take in the views from the double decks overlooking the slopes. With two bedrooms on the top floor boasting king beds with private ensuites complete with walk-in steam showers and jetted tubs. Wander downstairs to find the remaining two queen bedrooms, both with private ensuites and patio access. What To Know

  • Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
  • The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
  • The parking garage space is narrow and may be a tight fit for large SUVs.
  • During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early. WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Rules To Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
