Your own private theater to the outdoors. Take it all in.

You can also choose to gather around the fire. We think everyone will fit.

There's also a community outdoor pool for your use at the clubhouse close by.

Even on the lower level you can experience the highs of competition in the game room.

Take in some nature from the comfort of your very own deck.

There's no better way to warm up after a long day than with your own private hot tub.

The views from home are pretty phenomenal.

It's bright and doesn't skimp on height. It's okay to stare.

You'll want to kiss the chef after a meal prepared here.

There's even a kitchen table for that quick breakfast before you hit the slopes.

Storage will never be an issue here. Bring whatever you need.

The open airy kitchen will have you feeling like a gourmet chef in no time.

The powder room on the main level is certainly convenient.

The hallway outside the master, showing one guest bedroom and its adjacent powder room.

Fit for a king on the upper level. And again, check out the high ceilings.

Yes, that's an en-suite bathroom just off your sitting area.

Let there be light. Lots of light.

Separate shower and tub in the master en-suite bathroom. Efficient.

An upper-level guestroom, complete with queen bed.

Such a cool interior design.

Get a splash of color in this guest bedroom on the lower level, which boasts a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Spruce up in the en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink vanity.

Another unique guest bedroom on the lower level, featuring a king and en-suite bathroom.

Great design on this en-suite bathroom. The shower/tub combo provides some nice options.

We wouldn't forget the kids. That's 3 twin beds you're looking at. And en-suite bathroom to boot!

Another bath. Keeping clean won't be difficult around here.

It's game time. Feel free to get comfy.

We have a feeling you'll be spending some time in front of this TV.

Plenty of seating, for plenty of fun.

The yard is nice and open for the kids to play games in.

Driving into Arrowhead feels like driving through a garden.

The hot tub at the clubhouse is a great place for a soak after a day on the slopes.

The lift is even beautiful in the summer.

Have an après evening at the Broken Arrow.

In case you can't resist firing up the grill. We know we couldn't.

The inside looks bigger than the outside.

Crowds are old news. After all, your large family can feel crowded enough. Well, we think this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat is just what the doctor ordered. And plenty of amenities that the doctor may not have even thought of. But regardless of what you’re looking for in your latest Vail Valley home, The Ridgeside Retreat should have just the remedy you’re looking for. And then some.

First, get that neck properly stretched out. Why, you say? Because the first thing you’ll want to do is look up. You can choose to look at the majestic mountains that surround you at almost every turn. But that’s common in these secluded parts. In fact, they’ll almost feel like they’re your own. But you know what definitely is? The soaring ceilings and all the extras the owners have packed into this modern marvel. Try your hand at a game of pool. Warm up with a soak in the private outdoor hot tub. Or warm up your boots before heading out for a day on the slopes with boot warmers. Have an impromptu picnic on one of the porches and say hello to the wilderness that surrounds you. It can be as quiet as you make it, you see. And during ski season, you’re just a dial-a-ride away from what makes Arrowhead such a premier year-round destination.

Worried about where you’re gonna put all the lucky ones that get to come with? Don’t be. Space is not an issue here. There are a couple of kings, a queen, a few twins, and a pull out sleeper sofa in the game room for that couple that just doesn’t want the night to end. And with this home, your whole party won’t want their vacation to end either. Have a look around and discover the many other ways this place can take you and your family vacation game to new heights.

We had an amazing stay at the Ridgeside Retreat.

There was more than enough room for two families (9 people total) to stay and play. The view is gorgeous, the drive to Beaver Creek Ski Resort was a piece of cake, the hot tub, boot/glove dryers and the huge garages were over the top! The kitchen is huge and well stocked and the house was very well kept, well decorated and well worth it! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
