From the moment you step inside, you’ll see why this home has earned its reputation as The Happy Place. The first floor is marked by the beautiful and expansive open living space, where lavish leather recliners and couches, hardwood floors, woven wood shades, and cool contemporary lighting create a magnificent space for gathering with family and friends. In front of the couches and easy chairs there’s a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall, and lining the room are rows of windows that flood the room in natural Florida sunlight.
In the corner, a wooden harvest table can seat up to eight guests through a combination of chairs and a padded bench, creating a relaxing space to dine with your whole group. Opposite the dining area, a single pillar delineates the kitchen from the rest of the area. A chic breakfast bar, made of granite, wood, and silver corrugated steel, can seat four additional guests. In the kitchen, speckled granite countertops provide plenty of space to prepare meals, while traditional shiplap cabinets offer plenty of storage. Throughout the kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, such as the oven and electric stove, that make it easy to cook for everyone.
On the second floor, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and a large chaise lounge in the corner. A sumptuous wood cabinet houses a TV, and from this room, you’ll have access to the second-floor balcony. The attached Master Bedroom has two sinks, a relaxing tub, and a walk-in shower. The second floor also has a Guest Suite, complete with a king-size bed, a TV, and its own balcony access. Both bedrooms have their own balcony, where you can start your day either in wicker chairs that overlook the town below or the cozy bistro setting.
Back down on the first floor, the third guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a TV. Its ensuite bathroom is shared with the fourth guest bedroom, which has two twin beds and its own TV.
While every corner of this 30A beach home is well appointed, its outdoor living spaces may be the true showstoppers. On the top floor, there’s a loft deck that rivals that of any fine hotel, complete with comfy outdoor furniture and views of the town. Just inside, the loft has its own full bathroom, as well as a wet bar. Down on the ground, the front porch is as iconic as it gets, with pillars, rocking chairs, and a porch swing that all come together amid the perfect Gulf breeze. Around back, there’s a quiet grilling area and a serene walking and nature trail that winds through the entire neighborhood.
The Happy Place is not only a relaxing respite from daily life, it’s also centrally located to give you the most memorable 30A vacation imaginable. Walk to the community’s huge lagoon pool, hop on the beach tram, or stroll past shops and restaurants until you end up at the sandy shores of West Florida. Step outside and stroll through Peddlers Pavilion, where you'll undoubtedly find a great place to eat or hear live music drifting through the air. Absolute comfort, roomy living areas, and unbeatable location: It’s the ideal way to spend a 30A vacation with family and friends.
