Welcome to Blackstone Escape at Canyons hosted by InvitedHome. This three bedroom townhome is ideal for mountain getaways with just a short walk to the Cabriolet to get to the Canyons Village for a variety of delightful restaurants and shops. The main living space is the pulse of this modern decor home with an open floor plan between the kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for four, the dining table with seating for six, living room with pops of playful color dancing around the TV and gas fireplace, plus balcony access where the grill resides. There is also a quiet corner with a desk to peel away for a bit of work. Bound upstairs to find the three bedrooms - Two to the left share a bathroom between the bunk room and guest king bedroom. To the right is the main bedroom with ensuite and balcony access.

Ski storage and boot dryers are very handy in the garage, just steps from ski access. Between the private hot tub on the patio to the community hot tub and year-round heated pool, there are plenty of options to soak after a long day of fun on the slopes. There is a clubhouse and fitness center to spread out and enjoy. Hop on the free shuttle or walk over to Canyons village to enjoy apres at The Farm, or late-night bites at Pendry. Walk to stunning Park City hiking and biking trails with ease.

What To Know

  • Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • There is one garage parking space, and two in the driveway.
  • During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Park City InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Rules to Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $750.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
