Step Inside The Home

Welcome to Split Tail Hunting Lodge, hosted by InvitedHome. This beautifully restored historic home combines old Western charm with modern comfort, situated in the center of downtown Park City. The lower level welcomes you with a cozy library/den area that includes a ping pong table, television, desk space, and shelves filled with books. Adjacent is a private queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Just a short walk from Park City’s popular shopping and dining spots, and a quick walk or trolley ride to Park City Mountain Resort, this home offers an ideal location for exploring the area.

Upstairs, the main level features a spacious living room with a leather sectional, a warm fireplace, and a TV for relaxed evenings. The dining room, located just behind the living space, has a large wooden table that seats six guests beneath a striking blown glass chandelier. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The main floor also includes two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an updated ensuite with a stand alone shower. Across the hall, a guest bedroom with a king bed and a detached ensuite complete with a soaking tub provides more comfort. Unique design touches, like whimsical wallpapers and playful décor, bring a fun twist to the home’s historic architecture.

Outside, a private patio offers a seating area, hot tub, and outdoor TV—perfect for relaxing or enjoying entertainment after a day out on the town.

What To Know

  • Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • The maximum number of cars is 2. There is one parking space available in the garage, and one space on the driveway.

What To Expect

  • Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Park City InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Rules to Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $500.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
