The lower level welcomes you with a cozy library/den area that includes a ping pong table, television, desk space, and shelves filled with books. Adjacent is a private queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Just a short walk from Park City’s popular shopping and dining spots, and a quick walk or trolley ride to Park City Mountain Resort, this home offers an ideal location for exploring the area.

Upstairs, the main level features a spacious living room with a leather sectional, a warm fireplace, and a TV for relaxed evenings. The dining room, located just behind the living space, has a large wooden table that seats 6-10 guests beneath a striking blown glass chandelier. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The main floor also includes two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower. Across the hall, a guest bedroom with a king bed and a detached bathroom complete with a soaking tub provides more comfort. Unique design touches, like whimsical wallpapers and playful décor, bring a fun twist to the home’s historic architecture.

Outside, a private patio offers a seating area, hot tub, and outdoor TV—perfect for relaxing or enjoying entertainment after a day out on the town.

• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
