This home is a part of the Ironwood townhome complex, so you know all three stories will offer top-of-the-line luxury. As you approach, notice the stacked stone foundation below the amazing woodwork, which gives this home a classic mountain lodge feel.
Step into the main living area and the massive 2-story stone fireplace will command your attention immediately. A rich wood mantle hangs above, and the entire chimney is surrounded by a large hearth. A cozy couch and leather armchairs are positioned around the fireplace, so you can gather with friends and friendly in this warm and inviting room. Overhead, high vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams create an atmosphere of grandeur.
The kitchen is located just off from the main living area, and was designed with the same awe-inspiring elegance found throughout the home. Stainless steel appliances, smooth granite countertops, and custom cabinetry that covers the refrigerator and dishwasher will dazzle you and your guests. A breakfast bar in the middle can seat three and provides plenty of space for meal prep, and when it comes time to cook, you’ll delight in the six-burner gas range and double oven.
The dining area is located in the shared space between the kitchen and living room, and features a large wooden round table with seating for eight guests. From here, you can access the back patio, where you’ll find an outdoor grill and private hot tub.
Head down stairs from this main floor to find a family room that’s a touch cozier than the main living area, and includes a wet bar, queen-size sleeper sofa, and a work desk. Couches and chairs surround a flat screen TV, and in the corner, another robust stone fireplace keeps everyone warm and content.
The sumptuous Master Bedroom is back upstairs on the main floor, and features a king-size bed, its own TV, and a personal sound system. Light the gas fireplace to fall asleep to its warm glow, or step out onto your private balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air. The attached Master Bathroom has more fine wood cabinetry and granite counters, and features a walk-in shower, large stand-alone jetted tub, and a double vanity.
Make your way up to the third floor to find the second and third guest bedrooms, which both feature king-size beds, TVs, and attached ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. The third floor also houses the bunk room, which is an exceptionally luxurious take on this traditional room. The full/twin bunk is built with rich dark-stained wood, and the couch also serves as a twin pull-out. In total, this cozy room can sleep four guests.
This home has four full bathrooms and two half baths, located near the main living area and downstairs family room. There’s also a convenient laundry room on the first floor with a washer and dryer.
If the skiing or hiking isn’t enough exercise for you, the Ironwood complex also has a community fitness room that’s free for all guests.
When you’re ready to to hit the mountain, Ironwood is at the bottom of the Northside Express lift. There's a dedicated lift ticket office at the lift, so getting out into the powder couldn't be easier. Take this to the top, and all of Deer Valley is yours to explore.

Stepping into your steaming hot tub after a long day of adventures. Preparing a meal with your friends and family in the gorgeous kitchen. Relaxing by the fire in the main living area before retiring to your own room. It’s how a Park City vacation should be, and you’ll find all that during your stay at Northside Escape.
