Please join us in wishing Kim a happy three-year InvitedHome work anniversary! Kim is based in our Santa Barbara destination, helping to ensure that our operations run smoothly. She loves Santa Barbara and says that it is the ideal place to live because of the weather, the beautiful area, and most of all the lifestyle. Kim says it is an amazing place where you can have the mountains and the ocean at the same — not to mention the remarkable Spanish Colonial architecture!

While the go-to favorite Santa Barbara vacation rental is Cuatro Vientos for many InvitedHome team members, Kim’s favorite is Mira Vista Retreat. She loves it because of the incredible mountain views that you only get at that home. Kim appreciates that it has a different view than the ocean, and has been tempted to book it for her own family! Vacations are more than essential to the soul for Kim. She strives to live her life so she doesn't need a vacation from it, but understands that most people don't have that luxury. Helping our guests escape the everyday grind to explore is a rarity that Kim says is “essential to our well-being.” Over the course of three years, Kim can’t pick one memory or favorite experience with InvitedHome because it has been the cumulation of watching the company grow into something bigger while still feeling like a tight-knit family with the small-town feel.
