Why yes, those are gorgeous mountain views from pretty much all the living space in this home.

But nothing helps soothe the soul quite like an outdoor hot tub.

Now this is a (living) room with a view. What you choose to view is entirely up to you.

The living room is sunken and very comfortable, also including access to the deck.

Sink in to your massive sectional or relax in your chaise lounge that can comfortably fit two.

If you can drag yourself away from the flatscreen and gas fireplace, let's head up to the kitchen.

The updated, modern kitchen boasts beautiful woodwork and plenty of counter space.

You can summon the entire family to help your prep for a meal, as there is plenty of room to roam.

The bright breakfast bar is a great place to have a quick snack.

The kitchen is open and spacious.

When you have a large family, you need a large pantry. That's the door to it right there.

A family that eats together, stays together. And you can seat up to 12 around this dining table.

Here's a little hint: grab a seat facing the window for maximum meal enjoyment.

Or you could face the open kitchen so you know exactly when your delicious meal is on its way.

There's a half bath on the main level as well.

The master bedroom resides on the third floor, and provides plenty of viewing options itself.

Here's a king-sized bed to take in your king-sized view.

Head out to your own private porch and breathe in that fresh mountain air.

The master also has an en-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks and an ornate, walk-in shower.

Care for a soak instead? We've got you covered.

Guest Bedroom 2 is also on the third floor, and has the luxury of an adjacent sitting area just outside its door.

A king bed for maximum comfort, and a viewing porch for maximum enjoyment.

Just outside the room lies a hall bathroom for these inhabitants to use.

It has a single sink vanity and its own walk-in shower. No stairs necessary.

The mosaic-styled stone tiles are a perfect example of this home's great attention to detail.

The sitting room offers plenty of light to curl up with a good book.

The sitting area offers access to the second deck complete with hot tub and more views.

Guest Bedroom 3 with a queen sits on the second floor.

It has plenty of closet space and a flat screen TV.

Guest Bedroom 4 is also on the second floor. Look closely and you'll discover that's not a fireplace. Behind the painting is a queen Murphy bed you can pull down from the wall.

The kitchenette on this floor saves you from climbing any stairs.

Mirrored walls make this home feel more spacious than it already is.

So does the en-suite bathroom with single-sink vanity.

Discover more ornate tile work in this shower/tub combo.

Head down to the first floor, and you'll find a queen bed in Guest Bedroom 5 with plenty of closet space and a door to the yard.

That's an en-suite bathroom off to your right.

Look in the mirror and you'll see a shower/tub combo in here too.

Guest Bedroom 6 is a small room on the first floor, complete with twin bed and accompanying trundle.

In Guest Bedroom 7, you've got your choice of a captain's bunk or a regular one.

Did someone say slumber party?

Of course the first floor media room has a comfy couch waiting.

Big windows, big flatscreen, and a cozy gas fireplace always helps the ambiance, especially in this first floor media room.

The first floor's shared bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower too.

A first level laundry room always helps.

Yes, this is your view.

Hop in already!

Got your camera ready?

Be sure to get those boots off before you enter.

The two-car garage is great whenever a snowstorm hits.

Yep, this Breck done right.

Your gateway to the perfect vacation home.

We certainly hope you like natural light, because windows will surround you and put you virtually at one with nature in this deceptively spacious Breckenridge manor. Located in the prestigious Gold Flake community, this hillside delight is just a short walk down the all-season Lincoln trail path from town. But that’s just about the only thing you'll be short on when you stay at Gold Flake Views. There’s just so much to do around here and so much room to do it in, too.

Let us be the first to warn you against being fooled by the view from the driveway. This sprawling 7-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home was literally built into the side of a hill, so what you see at first is but a fraction of what you're about to get. Designed with a reverse floorplan, the first couple of steps you'll want to take take will be up to the delightfully vaulted main living space. Let the viewing begin; don’t tire out your neck as you look upward at the cathedral ceilings. When you're ready to come back down to earth, you may become mesmerized by the views of downtown, the Ten Mile Mountain Range, and the ski slopes your family will no doubt be hitting in due time. The chef of your group will be salivating upon first glance at the roomy, modern kitchen. The hungry bellies that are doing the same can grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or settle in for a more formal meal at the dining room table that comfortably seats 12 more. Once satisfied in every manner, head over to the recessed family room. There you can turn on the gas fireplace and flip on a good movie. Snuggling is always encouraged.

If we may steal you away from the view on the adjacent porch - complete with a large grill - for a second, we’d like to take you down the central stairwell. Here, you’ll find sleeping quarters for your entire extended family. Bedrooms and bathrooms are available to you at every turn. There’s the two bunk-bed room for the kids. The twin daybed with a twin trundle for any teens.
...(see more)And queen- and king-sized bedrooms with connecting bathrooms and decks for the rest of the group. Did we mention the hot tub that occupies one of those decks? How about the additional media room with its very own kitchenette, flatscreen tv and fireplace? Yes, this house certainly is built to exceed your expectations. The truth is, however, there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing when you stay at Gold Flake Views.
