Welcome to your Breck vacation home.

The brand new hot tub and fire pit are an awesome place to hang out with the whole family.

There's enough space for everyone in the family to relax together.

Enjoy a bit of time in the sauna - perfect after a day on the slopes.

There's plenty of seating on the deck - perfect for coffee (with views) in the morning or a fresh grilled steak.

Take it outdoors if you like to enjoy the view and your tasty grillables.

Plenty of space to cozy up by the fire, watch the big game, or gently nod off in the great room.

Another angle shows all the natural light.

You can also head out to the porch from the living room should you need some of that fresh mountain air.

Counter space is obviously no issue here, and there are even a couple of seats at the breakfast bar.

You'll have some happy campers when you gather round the table here.

A side view of the home reveals a modest little retreat. But if we're being honest, the inside is anything but.

Plenty of room, plenty of light, means plenty of smiles.

The open concept is taken to new levels with this layout. Three to be exact.

Though they do say the party always ends up in the kitchen.

Good thing then that there's plenty of space there too.

The main master bedroom is fit for a king. King of the mountain in this case. Just head out to the balcony if you don't believe us.

Guests staying in the master will enjoy instant access to the balcony.

Ceiling fans adorn almost every room, with this one featuring a comfortable couch, TV and a bureau made of rustic wood.

The master's ensuite bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower for maximum convenience.

The loft area is also home to an authentic log captain's bunk. We don't think you'll get any arguments from the children.

Take a load off in the loft area after a long day. You deserve it.

Lounge in the queen bed to get some rest if so you choose. You're just off the main area here.

Bedroom 2, located on the main level, with plenty of the rustic charm.

A shower/tub combo adorn this shared bathroom on the main living level.

Bedroom 3, featuring a queen bed, also gives you the option for a quick getaway or a view of what's right outside.

Everyone gets their own ceiling fan to help circulate the joy that's being had.

Here's that view off the master's balcony where often times you can say hello to your fellow deer, moose, coyote and fox neighbors.

Giddy-up in this lower level bedroom with a full bed and TV with DVD capabilities.

Another angle shows the space.

Yes, this is one of your many views of the beautiful nature that surrounds you.

A similar shower/tub combo sits on the lower level's shared bathroom.

Never has the phrase “staying in the woods” felt so authentic. That’s because at Columbine Rock Lodge, you are, both literally and metaphorically. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rustic home is covered and furnished with genuine wood at every turn. The main floor consists of a gorgeous open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace to cozy up to, and decorative oak to continuously admire. And when the family gets hungry? Saddle up to the pine, picnic dining table and enjoy whatever is being prepared in the spacious, modern kitchen. You can even pretend you’re slumming if you like. But we’ll know the truth.

The upstairs is truly masterful in its elegance. A log, king-sized bed and jacuzzi await you in the master bedroom after a long day in the great outdoors. Or maybe you’ll choose to flop down in the loft sitting area while the kids climb onto the room’s log bunk beds. The bottom floor is just as comfortable, too. There, you’ll find two eloquent guest bedrooms, one with a blonde wood king, the other with an antique full bedroom set that can act as a separate suite. These two rooms share a bathroom, but every guest shares the memories that are created here.

Finally, for those looking for numbers that are as solid as the wood that created this natural retreat, here you go. Columbine Rock comfortably sleeps up to 11 people. It’s about 1 mile from Peaks 6, 7, and 8. You’ll need a 4x4 vehicle in the winter, and the ability to accept happiness when you’ve found it...all year round.

During the winter months, the firepit is not usable due to snow.
