Welcome to Jordanelle Overlook, hosted by InvitedHome. This refined five-bedroom townhome is conveniently situated between Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley’s East Village ski run, making it perfect for maintaining privacy while enjoying ease of access to local activities. When you step into the home, you will be welcomed by the modern, minimalist design elements and a spacious open-concept floor plan, complete with tall picture windows overlooking the reservoir. While the views are breathtaking, they are not the only focal point. The living room is designed for gathering around the large, stone-embellished gas fireplace and the mounted television above it. It’s the perfect environment for rest and relaxation after a long day on the slopes.
To the right of the living room, the kitchen features top-tier Viking appliances, bright marble countertops, and a kitchen island that serves as a space for meal preparation on one side and functions as a breakfast bar with seating for three on the other. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats six when it comes time for dinner.
The sizable main floor primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, a spa-like bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub, and a generous walk-in closet. Upstairs, a second primary suite features a king bed with gorgeous mountain views from the private patio, a smart TV, and a modern ensuite. Three additional bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out for convenience and luxury, accommodating both family and guests.
On the lower level of the home, enjoy an additional living space with a large sectional, television, and fireplace. Next to the living space, you’ll find a gaming area with air hockey and a card table. From this level, you can also access a covered patio with views of the reservoir.
During the winter, Deer Valley Resort is just minutes away, known for its expertly maintained slopes and upscale amenities, with easy access for skiers. Summer activities include boating and fishing on Jordanelle Reservoir or fly fishing on the Provo River. Nearby trails, such as the Wasatch Crest and Mid Mountain, cater to both hiking and biking enthusiasts.
Park City’s Main Street is within close reach, offering dining experiences like Riverhorse on Main, unique shopping at Park City Mercantile, and wellness options including the Align Spa. - There are two parking spaces available in the driveway and two in the garage.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Park City InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
