The Colony at White Pine Canyon is a private, gated community set within Park City Mountain, right next to Canyons Village. Its master plan covers about 4,600 acres, and roughly 90 percent of that land stays open space. That means homes sit among aspen and conifer with long views and plenty of room between neighbors, and your ski day starts and ends at the house.
Our Colony estates have seven or eight bedrooms and room for 20 to 24 guests, so they're made for multigenerational trips, milestone birthdays and family reunions. Every home has a private hot tub, a game room and ski storage. Some add a home theater, a gym or a sauna, and Stillson Meadow has a 20-meter indoor lap pool. Each estate is privately owned, and our Park City team readies it before you arrive and stays close throughout your stay. How You Ski Home
The Colony sits inside the boundaries of Park City Mountain, and every one of our estates is ski-in/ski-out. Ten of the mountain's lifts run through the community, including Dreamcatcher, Dreamscape, Tombstone and the Quicksilver Gondola, which links the Canyons side of the mountain to the Park City side. From Canyons Village, the Orange Bubble Express carries skiers up the mountain.
Click in at the house in the morning, then ski back when the day is done and leave your gear in the ski storage. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations.
Summer at The Colony
When the snow melts, The Colony's trails open for hiking and mountain biking, and some are shared with horseback riders. Moose, deer and elk move through the canyon, so keep a camera close when you step out on the deck. Where Is The Colony in Park City?
The Colony climbs White Pine Canyon on the Canyons side of Park City Mountain, right next to Canyons Village, the closest base area for lifts, dining and shopping. Main Street, home to some of the best restaurants in Park City, is about five miles away, and Salt Lake City International Airport is about 35 miles away.

Yes. The Colony at White Pine Canyon is a private, gated community, and guest access is managed at the gatehouse, so the roads stay quiet and the setting stays private. Homes are spread across about 4,600 acres, roughly 90 percent of it preserved as open space, and each one is built within an envelope of about half an acre. Our Colony estates sleep 20 to 24 guests. The Foundry at the Colony sleeps 24 across seven bedrooms, Criterion at the Colony sleeps 22 across seven bedrooms, The Timbers at the Colony sleeps 21 across seven bedrooms, and Stillson Meadow at the Colony sleeps 20 across eight bedrooms. Every bedroom in our Colony homes has its own ensuite bath, so each family or couple has a private retreat at the end of the day. Stillson Meadow has a 20-meter indoor lap pool, along with a private outdoor hot tub and a game room with a pool table. The Foundry has a private indoor spa, a rooftop hot tub and a wine cellar instead, The Timbers adds a private theater and a sauna, and Criterion has a sauna, a theater and a golf simulator. The Foundry welcomes up to two dogs with approval from InvitedHome, so it's the estate to choose if your dog is coming along. The Timbers, Stillson Meadow and Criterion don't allow pets. Your advisor can walk you through the pet policy before you book.
