WHAT WE LOVE

- Sharing drinks with the locals at Poacher’s Pub in Mountain Village Core. From your home, ski down, take the Chondola, or dial-a-ride to the village. For a true locals experience, try the town’s favorite cocktail: The Flatliner. - Taking in the view (and the charcuterie) at Bon Vivant. This outdoor, mid-mountain restaurant is a place to see and be seen, and enjoy delicious gourmet food al-fresco surrounded by the beautiful San Juan mountains. - Settling into the cozy in-home movie theater with friends and family. Get the theater experience without ever leaving the comfort of home—it’s the best of both worlds.

WHAT TO KNOW

- This home is for sale and may be shown during your stay. We will always give you as much advance notice as possible and do our best to work with your vacation schedule. - Those staying in the carriage house will be about a minute walk from the main house.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. - If you've booked more than 110 days prior to your arrival date, we'll send you an email requesting your final payment as that date gets closer. - Once you're paid in full, we'll send you an email with the check-in information for your stay, including property access and who to call in case of a problem.
