Your Need to Know for the Telluride RIDE Fest

Spend just a day ~ Or make it a whole weekend

July 7-9 2017

Happening in Telluride, Colorado ~ Get your tickets now!

Every summer since 2012, the hills and valleys of Telluride, Colorado get a little bit louder. A little more exciting. And a lot more fun. This summer will be no different, as the annual RIDE Festival is once again coming, from July 8th-9th, and it promises to be bigger than ever. Here’s why:

Friday, July 7th

The early birds get the worm ~ And some free music

While the Festival itself doesn’t officially start until Saturday - those in the know - know to arrive a day early. That’s because The RIDE Festival has a reputation for its careful curation and rootsy rock and roll that perfectly matches the personality of the town itself. And this philosophy carries well beyond their typically jaw-dropping list of marquee names. Experience it for yourself at the free, outdoor concert on Friday at sunset in Mountain Village.

Saturday, July 8th

Let there be rock ~ And a whole lot of fun in between

Officially kick the weekend off right and join the rest of your fellow festival-goers from 11am-1pm for Happy Hour. Enjoy $4 mimosas, bloodies and Buds. The only catch? You must bring your own 16oz cup. But worry not, RIDE cups are available for purchase in the Merch Tent. From there, you’ll want to head over to the Fred Shellman Stage in beautiful Telluride Town Park. Saturday’s line-up includes plenty of big names including Australia’s The John Butler Trio and the Grammy award-winning Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals.

Sunday, July 9th

Sometimes you have to ~ Save the best for last

This year’s headliner plays on Sunday, and is it ever a doozy - BECK. But there’s plenty of great music and fun to be had well before he even takes the stage. Begin with yet another Happy Hour to kickstart your day. Maybe head to the town proper, go for a hike, or take a free gondola ride to get a lay of the land. Just be sure to check set times before you go on your jaunt, as you won’t want to miss much of Sunday’s line up that consists of such international stars like The Temperance Movement, Kaleo - and, yes - Beck himself.
